Are you frustrated with companies that can’t provide clear answers about their “gluten-free” or allergen-free products? We get it, and we’re on a mission to change that.
I’m working on a big project to advocate for better transparency and safety in the Celiac and Food Allergy communities, but I need your help to make it happen.
Share Your Experiences:
I’ve created a form for you to share your frustrating experiences. Whether it’s a manufacturer, a local bakery, a grocery store, a restaurant, a coffee shop, or even a hospital, if they claim to be gluten-free, Celiac-safe, or allergy-friendly, we want to hear about it.
- Did you receive contradictory information?
- Were you told they can’t guarantee the gluten-free status of their products?
- Did they use confusing jargon without clear explanations?
We’ve all received ridiculous replies over the years, and it’s time to gather our stories to drive change.
Why Your Voice Matters:
By sharing your experiences, you’ll help me collect valuable data to advocate for safer practices and better transparency. All responses will be anonymized in my project. I’m asking for your email only in case I need to clarify any details with you.
How to Participate:
Fill out the form as many times as needed to share all your experiences. There’s currently no end date for submissions, but the sooner I start gathering your stories, the sooner I can make a difference.
Thank you in advance for your time and for helping me create a safer world for everyone dealing with Celiac Disease and food allergies. Let’s make our voices heard!
