Updated 3/20/2022: She has a mill!
A gluten-free bakery-owner friend of mine in Southwest Virginia is in desperate need to find a new #GlutenFree flour mill! Any suggestions? She needs; nonGMO, certified: organic, kosher, GF, dedicated GF, & top 8 allergen free/facility free of allergens (i.e. dedicated facility, not just dedicated lines, so that her customers can continue have the utmost trust in her and her products). Her bakery is dedicated gluten free, peanut free, and tree-nut free.
Her mill stopped milling GF flour & didn’t tell her until she tried to order more. She is at risk of running out of flour coming early 2022 (possibly as early as January). Can anyone help her out? Are there any bakeries out there who are not in location conflict with her able to provide some places she can contact? Her bakery is her livelihood, and is the ONLY local option in her area.
She needs to be able to order 8 tons (16,000lbs) at a time.
She already has her own flour blend, which she has been using for many years now. She needs a mill which can work with her blend, not send her theirs.
