Logan’s was one of the first, if not THE first, restaurant I ate in after going gluten free. There was still much I had to learn, but I knew the basics by now. I went over everything extensively with a very nice waitress. Unfortunately, I still got glutened? How? There was flour in the steak seasoning. Thus, the grill is contaminated. So, they told me that in the future, I should ask to have my meal cooked in a clean, stainless steel skillet that has not been floured, and that the meat CANNOT be seasoned. Failing the skillet, a clean and non-scratched microwave-safe plate will do. After knowing this, I never had another problem.
Please note, however, that at the time of compiling this document in the year 2020, I have not eaten at Logan’s in years. I can’t even remember the last time I went. Knowing what I know now, I would also ask if the meat is cut on cutting boards shared with anything that is gluten or may be cross-contaminated with gluten. See how the image I’ve used for this post shows meat, spices, and bread all on one cutting board? That’s a big nope.
